For help with your account, your data or privacy, email privacy@casepalm.com. For legal notices, email legal@casepalm.com. Include your firm's name and the email you sign in with, and never send privileged client material by email.

CasePalm on your computer, iPhone and iPad

CasePalm is one service. The iPhone and iPad app and the website at casepalm.com use the same account, the same matters and the same documents, so anything you do in one is there in the other.

If the app isn't working, sign in at casepalm.com in any browser — on your computer, or on your phone in Safari. Nothing is lost; the website is always there.

Signing in

Forgot your password? Use Reset your password. Your firm's administrator can also re-invite you from Team → Members.

Delete your account

Signed in, open Settings → Delete your account on the website or in the app, and confirm with your account email. We remove your login and personal profile within 30 days and email you when it’s done. Your firm's matters, documents and records belong to your firm and stay with it. You can also ask by emailing privacy@casepalm.com.
